Three Banana Fruit Salad

  • 2 ripe Karat banana (or 10 Utin Iap): this gives the orange color
  • 10 ripe Taiwang bananas (or 10 Akadahn): this gives the yellow color
  • 10 ripe Kaimana bananas (or 10 Utin Menihle): this gives the white color
  • 5-10 ripe Calamansi citrus fruits

1. Select three varieties of banana with different colored flesh to give a colorful dish.

2. Peel and cut bananas into bite-size pieces or slices in a bowl.

3. Squeeze the juice from the citrus, strain away the seeds, pour over bananas, and mix.

4. Let marinate for a few hours or even best, overnight. Makes 10 servings (depending on size!)
